• Drop In / Delivery: Select if you are dropping the cards off in store or mailing them in.

• Payment Account: Please enter n/a, or literally anything into this field as it's not used but needs something in it in order to hit Submit Order.

• Address: The return address for buylists being mailed in.

• Order Notes: Anything we should know about the order, or any comments about the buylist software. Let us know!
